FAQ

Do I need access to my clients' websites?

No. Every check uses only publicly available information. We never log in or probe protected areas.

Where is the data stored?

On Hetzner servers in Germany. We use no trackers or advertising cookies.

Can I switch plans or cancel any time?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade and cancel yourself in the customer portal. Your websites are kept.

Does monitoring put load on the websites?

No. We rate-limit requests per host and identify ourselves with our own user agent.
